  • For locations outside our standard delivery network, additional charges may apply.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before confirming the order.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 7–15 working days (depending on product availability and location).
  • Custom-made or bulk orders may take longer. Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order through our customer support team.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for large furniture items.
  • In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged Deliveries

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours with images/videos.
